Improved Management Skills and Team Work through 360° Surveys with Webropol
– By performing top-down and bottom-up 360° surveys for the entire management, we have been able to measure and identify personal and team-specific improvement objectives. These survey results have provided a basis for coaching and management skill development. In addition, we have been able to measure the level of improvement in management skills with Webropol, says Edouard.
