NPS® –concept

NPS INDICATES THE FUTURE. Which is why our NPS concept has been developed. If you measure NPS, questionnaires and reports are set up in minutes.


QUESTIONNAIRES ARE WIDELY AUTOMATED. Webropol offers automatic sending of questionnaires, automatic adding of data to a questionnaire, and also automatic moving of responses to customers CRM, HRM or other systems.

Strong authentication

STRONG IDENTIFICATION means that the respondent can be identified and authenticated safely. The respondent’s strong authentication can be carried out before the respondent accesses the survey, a document, or research using, for example, their online banking ID.

Numerous other authentification methods are also available.

Data security logs

SEE WHO HAS ACCESSED YOUR REPORTS. All modifications and viewing of reports are documented in the data security log. This way Webropol users can ensure other users have not accessed their data without authorization.


DEVICE OR SCREEN SIZE DOES NOT MATTER. Responsiveness is when the software, questionnaire or document automatically adjusts to the screen size it is opened in. Webropol is a responsive solution for respondents as well as the creator of the survey. While creating the questionnaire you do not have to anticipate what kind of device it will be opened on.

Offline questionnaires

IF YOU ARE UNCERTAIN ABOUT THE INTERNET CONNECTION. You have to consider situations where the internet connection is weak or does not exist at all. Webropol’s offline mode has been tried and tested by customers collecting data at big events such as two FIFA World Cups and UEFA European Championship tournaments.

Responses collected online can later be uploaded to Webropol for analysis by the click of a button.
